This model boasts the use of rigorously Made in Italy materials of great tenacity: made of polyester, it is built to last for many years.
Its fabrics are tear-resistant. The internal lining is anti-wear and flame retardant, while the exterior is waterproof to any liquid (IP54 certified).
The indestructible internal heating cable made of Teflon can reach the uniform temperature of 85°C (185°F), recommended by the best tyre manufacturers, in just 50 minutes without any fluctuations. Capit Smart tyre warmers are also free of bimetallic thermostats (a component found in all other competitors) which avoids possible breakages over time. The patented TNT system without thermal switches guarantees temperature stability and greater durability.
In addition, there is an external connection cable made of rubber resistant to 200°C; this feature sets us apart from competitor’s imported products that use silicone internal cables and PVC external cables, fragile materials unsuitable for the racing world.
