How to take measurements?

ARM (Sleeve length from the shoulder with straight arm:)
The distance from the upper arm bone (the most prominent point on the shoulder) to the wrist, measured with the arm relaxed..

Neck (Neck circumference)
The maximum circumference, measured 2 cm below the Adam's apple, at the level of the 7th cervical vertebra.

Waist (Waist circumference)
The circumference measured around the waist, directly above the iliac crest, in a standing position with a relaxed abdomen and normal breathing.
