Description:
Cotton reels are oversized paddock stand bobbins, which screw into the paddock stand holes in your swingarm. They offer the dual purpose of protecting your swingarm and enabling the bike to be lifted on a rear stand. Check out our range of paddock stand hooks, which are compatible with many different paddock stands.
These cotton reels mount directly into the mounting points on the rear swingarm offering the best of both worlds in terms of crash protection and functionality with the ability to use R&G cotton reels, which offer excellent crash protection to those components located towards the rear as well as the ability to lift up the rear of the bike with a paddock stand for maintenance and tyre changes. Specially designed to be compatible with the Kawasaki ZX10R '16- & ZX-10RR '21-, Suzuki SV650 '16- & SV650X '18- models, they are designed to be slightly smaller than a standard "cotton reel" to enable them to fit past the OE exhaust, which, under extreme riding condition, might impact with a standard sized cotton reel.
